Famous For: is a television personality best known for her appearance in the reality television series Joe Millionaire, finishing as the runner-up to Zora Andrich. She appeared on the cover of the June 2003 issue of Playboy. This was the first time in the history of the magazine that the Playmate of the Year did not appear on the cover of the issue with her PMOY pictorial. Kozer posed nude for Playboy although she declined to show full frontal nudity.

In January 2004 Sarah was chosen to particate on the British reality show Back to Reality which aired on Channel 5 in the United Kingdom. During her time in the house she had a modest "showmance" with contestant James Hewitt. She was later evicted before the series finale. After being voted out it became known she had finished work on her first novel and was also working on a cook book. Kozer is a travel writer, has hosted for the TV show Extra!, and has started a reality production company. She also had an uncredited role as a groupie in Almost Famous. In 2006, Kozer made her dramatic acting debut in the revenge-western film Ride Sweet, Die Slow.
